You too can work for one of Britain’s brightest companies!
The public sector (including the NHS) has been increasingly looking at apprenticeships to fill their skills gaps and to help boost the numbers of staff. We’ve worked with local councils to help provide high-quality apprentices that make a real difference to communities, including a very successful scheme with Tower Hamlets Council.
With the changes the Apprenticeship Levy has brought, apprenticeships have been revolutionised and it’s an exciting time for both employers and apprentices.
Want to find out how to use your NHS trust’s Apprenticeship Levy spend?
As of the 1st May 2017, the Government brought in a new tax that affects businesses with a payroll of over £3 million. We’ve found that a huge majority of NHS trusts fall into the category of ‘Levy-payer’, providing them the chance to invest in staff skills. To avoid the Apprenticeship Levy becoming a burden, we’ve found that it’s essential to approach it strategically and well-informed.
We’ve created an NHS Five-Point Plan so you can easily understand the necessary steps needed to successfully manage the Levy.
