Apprentice of the Month

Congratulations to Basil for winning Apprentice of the Month for February!

“It’s truly a great and unexpected achievement to be announced as Apprentice of the Month. Since starting the apprenticeship I have been able to enjoy utilising business techniques within my work and to start thinking of all my activities with a ‘Business Analyst’ mindset. Although receiving all of this knowledge and first-hand exposure to BA competencies would be more than enough as a reward from the programme, being Apprentice of the Month is certainly the icing on the cake.”

Beena Rawling, Basil’s Learning and Development Coach said:

“Basil has lots of drive and a great positive attitude towards the apprenticeship. He allocates every Friday to work on his apprenticeship which is a realistic target as it helps him manage the balance also to keep projects on target. Not only has Basil produced a very well thought through, organised tracker, but his reflective writing is also especially well written.”
